Dr. Rashanda R. Booker is a nationally recognized speaker, certified life coach, and former inaugural Chief Diversity Officer who walked away from institutional leadership to heal and help others do the same. As the founder of Premier Inspirations LLC, she brings over 20 years of experience transforming systems from the inside out.
Known for her social emotional intelligent approach to leadership and liberation, Dr. Booker partners with individuals and organizations to break cycles of burnout, misalignment, and toxic culture. With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and over two decades of experience in higher education, community transformation, and leadership development, I bring both scholarship and soul to every space I enter.
I’ve held executive roles, led national trainings, and authored books that name the toll of over-functioning and the power of inner alignment. My expertise spans social emotional intelligence, equity-centered leadership, and integrative coaching rooted in lived experience—not just theory.
