Dr. Rashanda R. Booker is a nationally recognized speaker, certified life coach, and former inaugural Chief Diversity Officer who walked away from institutional leadership to heal and help others do the same. As the founder of Premier Inspirations LLC, she brings over 20 years of experience transforming systems from the inside out.
Known for her social-emotional intelligent approach to leadership and liberation, Dr. Booker partners with individuals and organizations to break cycles of burnout, misalignment, and toxic culture.
